The water alone isn't enough. Electrolytes and salt. Get some gatorade and chips.

Always remember right when it occurs striagten your leg out and make sure you keep the soul of your foot straight as if you're going to going to walk. Do not lean your foot back!

Bananas can help because they are  high in potassium.  Which is Polley the biggest cause of ur cramps not getting enough I use to get them a lot when I played sports and that was the cause of them.

Our Symptoms Manual page on Leg Cramps has some advice. You can find this in the I'm Expecting app, too. Just select Leg Cramps as a symptom in the Pregnancy Diary, then click Done and go to the Menu bar in the upper left to select Symptoms Manual. You could try hot baths and heating pads on your legs where you get your cramping.
