Is it normal NOT having morning sickness during pregnancy? Is the lack of this symptom cause for alarm? Is it true that it indicates low level of hormones and there is risk of miscarriage?

Hahah, be happy you're lucky to not have morning sickness. I'm glad I didn't have morning sickness, I was just a very picky person when it came to food.

I am 22 weeks and have been blessed with a healthy baby boy and no symptoms throughout my pregnancy! I too was worried at first, I told my doctor I had no morning sickness or nausea or breast tenderness. She said I was one of the lucky ones. I guess we're just lucky lol.
Although just a few days ago I started getting back pain, but I'm lucky that's all I've gotten being this far along. Goodluck with your pregnancy and be happy you don't have any symptoms I'm sure your little one is fine :)
