Hemmroids

Ok so I need some help. I think I have a hemmroid. It hurts really bad, it burns and is itchy and I can feel something down there(sorry tmi):/ I'm 29 weeks preggo and I've never had a hemmroid. I thought you only got these from pushing while in labor. What can I do for it? It's so uncomfortable.

Tucks pads and preparation h... I found the witch hazel to work really well. You can definitely get them before labor from all the pressure and swelling down there and they're likely to get worse before better BUT this too shall pass after the baby :). And the pads and creams make a huge difference.
