Holy cow! Heartburn remedies?? Help!

I'm 31 weeks and geez at this heartburn!!. It hurts from my tummy to my ears! I'm popping antacids like crazy and nothing is helping, it's making me sick to my stomach and my stomach has started cramping. Is there any home remedy or wives tale that y'all have tried that works?

If you chew gum it really helps! Forces your stomach to digest all that acid. Trust me. Try it!

I don't have heartburn but my friend has terrible heartburn and is drinking ginger with lemon. She peeled ginger. Cut it up. Slice lemon  and boiled it then put it in the fridge. Also added honey in it. It also took away her nausea. Really worked for her
