It's a myth that morning sickness indicates a healthy pregnancy. Please do some research.

I have never had morning sickness or nausea with any of my pregnancies. I am currently pregnant with our third. And my previous pregnancies were perfect so it doesn't mean there's something wrong. Honestly be happy because some people are constantly sick and growing up throughout their entire pregnancy and it sucks

I never got morning sickness or anything like that, i didn't even know i was pregnant till i was 22 weeks along. I am now 28 weeks and she is growing nicely and is healthy. I don't think you have anything to worry about.

With my first born I are too many pickles and was sick but that was my fault. Other than that I had a very easy pregnancy. Other than the movements from her I didn't feel pregnant or look pregnant till I was almost due. Now I'm due in October with a little boy and he never really made me throw up but sure felt sick to my stomach and still do. I had headaches, heart burn and tiredness this time around. Definitely first pregnancy was smoother for sure

I never vomited in early pregnancy,  and I carried 3 healthy babies and had two early miscarriages.  I was thrilled when I was nauseous - because that often does mean a healthy pregnancy,  although I never actually vomited.  If you're nauseous,  it's good.  ;D  Best wishes.
