Try nicoderm patch. It's this little sticker that you place on the arm. It's clinically proven to stop people from smoking. My dad, age of 67, tried the patch, and before he know it, he didn't even want to go near a cigarette.
I just tell my husband he isn't allowed to smoke period. With my husband I had to be hard on him just cause he has that I can do whatever I want spoiled kid mentality and one day he bought a pack and he thought I was gonna give in I asked to see the pack and very naively he let me see it and i pourned water into it and he got mad and started saying how I just wasted money and I looked at him and said exactly because cigarettes do nothing good for you so it's a waste of money. He shut up and never once again tried to but another pack I did however get him get a hookah pen which is similar but had none of the effects and he only uses it once in a while. My husband now knows the whole "a happy wife is a happy life" very well hahahahh
If you figure it out let me know. Ive gone as far as getting him an electronic cig
He has to really want to quit in order to do it. I wouldnt be hard on him. I was sooo persistent on my bf and he wouldnt quit.. then i gave up and he wanted to quit all of a sudden and hes almost one year smoke free. If you force him to quit he might do it behind ur back. Just tell him to smoke outside and when he has a cig just walk away from it
Lol ^ that is awful. Have a conversation about. Figure up much he will save in a month if he stops. My husband chews. And he just started to try to quit. He had me order him this. Coffee chew packets from off line. I think he will be able to do it but he just feels like he needs to have something In his mouth. He just replacing habits at the moment but hopefully he won't be addicted to the tobacco anymore.
Fingers crossed. ; ) good luck to u
I would throw up on him. Do it a couple of times, bet he quits real quick.
