Husband on Accutane pose a risk for newly pregant wife?
Hello there,
Im a 26 years old and may be 4 - 6 weeks pregnant. I have done a couple of home pregnancy test which all tested positive. My OB/Gyn appointment is not until next week. My husband is currently taking Accutane and had been on the medication for 4 months and counting. I've read that while taking Accutane, women are strictly advised against getting pregnant as it causes serious birth defects. Is it the same case for man taking Accutane? I'm worried that my husband being on the medication would cause a major health risk for the baby. Please advise. Thank you.

Just do NOT touch the medication. As in do not let it come in contact with your skin. This is very important. Otherwise no problem
