No you and baby are Fine. It is a cultural superstition which is particularly strong among some south American cultures. You have nothing to worry about

I cut my hair with my 1st pregnancy at 7 months & everything was fine..it actually made my hair grew longer by the time I was 9 months

It's not bad to cut your hair. But dying your hair could cause problems.

Dying your hair is what could possibly be bad , cutting your hair is perfectly fine.  When it comes to dying it many drs have different opinions but cutting your hair has always been perfectly fine.

Hair has nothing to do with your pregnancy (not including everyone's little tummy Afro!) aha your baby is completely unaffected, hell even you're completely unaffected hair dies once it leaves your scalp just like your fingernails turning white when they grow past the tip, it's just hair

No it's not bad, you can even dye your hair as long as you're past your first trimester
