IMPOSSIBLE OR POSSIBLE????

Hi I have an odd question but it's for real. I suffer an irrational phobia. I am currently on yaz and I was waiting for my withdrawal bleeding to start so over the last few days I have been inserting my finger into my vagina to feel my cervix. I put my finger deep inside and really rubbed my cervix, I did this quite a few times over the past days. My bleeding started today, but now I am worried that maybe I have caused myself to become pregnant by doing this (maybe I touched a door handle that contained sperm and then it was transferred into my vagina?) Is this just ridiculous thoughts or have I put myself at risk of pregnancy? So anxious! Please no hurtful comments.
I WANT TO KNOW IS IT POSSIBLE OR ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE????

You already posted this. Youre not pregnant.  I highly recommend you go to therapy cause that is no way to live life. Good luck!
