I'm I still Pregnant?

I have been trying to get pregnant for 2yrs now and I have been tracking my periods and etc.. Everything is always right on the date it should be.
I started feeling very tired and my breast were very sore. Then I missed my period and cldn't have been happier. I took a home pregnancy test the following day and it was positive. Then 2 days later I went to a clinc cuz I cldn't get in to see my doctor. And the pregnancy test was positive again. I was pregnant :)
I started getting this metlic taste in my mouth, Iam so tired, feel faint but not puky and my breast were itchy and very tender.
Yesturday abt 5weeks pregnant I went to wipe and there was some brown in color blood, and i had some pain on my right side. So I went to the ER.
The Doctor did an exam and side it's just very lit bleeding and my cervix is closed. They did an ultrasound but didn't see the sac. Did a blood test and the hcg levels were low.
The Doctor came back to tell me there was no sign of me being pregnant and this was my period.
Is it possible i'm just not as far long and this could be just spotting? It is not my period not even close it's brown and only when i wipe and I have no cramping or etc..
My breast are still very tender and all the other signs are still there.
I asked her well then why did I have two test come back positive? she said i may have miscarried and not knowen it. Can that happen?  Going to my reg doc on tomorrow but need answers, please help.

Yes the fact that your cervix is closed is a good sign. Taking another pregnancy test won't change anything but since the Dr said you aren't preggo it may help to ease your mind to see that + test again.  If it's a chemical you most likely would not get another +.

Also they do two different HCG tests one they just measure to see if it's over 25 and the other gives you the exact number...

Since ur cervix is closed that's good.  Its still very early to see anything on ultrasound.  And definately see an ob not an er dr because they rnt specialists.  Good luck

I'm not even sure of my levels or number from my blood test. I wasn't told and not until now searching did i think to ask.
Thank you so much for your replies, it buts my mind a little at ease. My husband thinks maybe i've just gone crazy.
Would taken another pregnancy test in the mean time make a difference?

I had some brownish discharge and some implantation bleeding early with my first. It could be you are not as far along. They add on 2 weeks, do if you were in fact only 3 weeks, you would not see anything. I had my hcg levels checked as well. I do have a beautiful 2 yr old after going through that. Go to your ob, and you can have another ultrasound done in a couple weeks. Have then do a pap smear and they can tell if it is a yeast infection. Old wives tale said a girl and was true for me.

What were your HCG levels? Even at 5 weeks pregnant it is VERY RARE to see anything on u/s this early especially if your HCG is not over 2000.  Brown blood usually means old blood, also it is common to have some spotting in early pregnancy.

As of right now if I were you I would continue to act pregnant. Go to an OB not an ER dr.

Some things you can due to help ease your mind are to take another HPT. Your HCG levels can very well be below 100 and everything can still be perfect with your pregnancy.

Now it can be bad news also....you could of had a chemical pregnancy, although having two + HPT would suggest against this. Also, you could be having an early miscarriage. BUT all of this is early to tell, it's tough but you just have to wait it out.
