Incompetent Cervix And Sex

I know im not suppose to have sex with an incompetent cervix but is it ok for my boyfriend to pleasure me with his hand/fingers? Without putting them inside me and just stimulating me. Is it ok for me to orgasm?

I had a sister w/ that and had to get sewn up in her 3rd month and couldn't have sex. But she and her husband did oral without it causing her any problems. I wouldn't advise fingers inside the vagina though. After all, that's the same as being penetrated which is a big no no.

I agree with chantal. Orgasms stimulate and cause the cervix to contract which later in pregnancy helps dilate and can put you in labor. If you have an incompetent cervix then it would not be a good idea to risk it.

I am having pre-term labor issues this pregnancy and I also had it last pregnancy. I was told, no sex at all and no orgasms because it will stimulate your uterus and make you contract and that's the last thing you want to happen! Nothing inside of you and no orgasms if you want your little one to stay in as long as possible.
