Also, my plug came out by drinking cinnamon tea. Dont know if youre up for that, I personally stopped drinking because its disgusting. I probably should try drinking it again im 39w4d and still nothing.
I'm getting checked for dilation on Wednesday hopefully I am... And I'm gonna make something really spicy and make sure I have tums handy... My apartment has stairs and I go up and down them everyday maybe I'll just walk up them more and more.. Thanks ladies for all the natural remedies
Doing squats, lunges, bouncing on a birthing ball/yoga ball, riding a bike, pretty much any physical activity you haven't done during this pregnancy. If your walking is causing cramping but only mildly try uping the pace , walking faster may get them to be more effective. Try walking up and down stairs if you have any.
Okay good luck. Whatever you eat does need to pack quite a bit of spice. Just watch out for heartburn tho! The last thing you want is to eat spicy food n end up in agony. Make sure you have some heart burn remedy handy.
They will onmy do a membrane sweep if youre dilated a lil and effaced ktger than that I heard they dont. I got one last week and im still pregnant.

Hot hot baths... Eat a really spicy curry or some sort of spicy food... Go for walks.. Have sex!! Other than that you'll just have to wait
