Irregular Menstrual Bleeding after ECP after first cycle

I would really appreciate if I could get a little input on what might be wrong with me here. I had my normal periods starting from the 26th of Feb. I feared precum contact on the 5th of March, as a result I consumed a 1.5mg levonorgestrel ecp after 24hrs. Started bleeding with slight cramps on the 13th day (7days after pill consumption) which lasted for about a week. Started bleeding with period cramps on the 26th of march (my normal period time). This was lighter than my usual periods, in the sense that it lasted for only 4 days instead of the usual 5-7 days. After that, I got a Home Pregnancy Test done, just to be sure on the 9th of April which was negative. During this time after I also had very light red spotting (not enough to stain the underwear) occasionally from the time the periods of 26th March ended. But suddenly now, on the 13th of April, I am bleeding again with period like cramps. What could be wrong here?

Thank you for your reply. I would like to rectify one point, that the period like cramps and bleeding just lasted one day, and i have been spotting red on and off since then.

ecp changes period. i took it once and I had my regular period and then dark brown old blood for 10 days after normal period. after that I had regular periods. I hope I've helped in some way.
