Is it Possible to Get Pregnant after having my Tubes Cinched

19 years ago after having my son I had my Tubes Cinched is all.
So is it possible to get pregnant and if so what is the chances of having the baby or would it be a tubal pregnancy.
I am over a week late on my periode this month.
I have been having crying spells over everything,I eat more now,I am bloated alot,my feet and hands have been swelling alot.
I feel like I have the cramps but I have never start.
I have felt like I have had the cramps for over a week also.
I have took 4 home pregnancy test and all show negative, but with my son I had a periode for 3 months and the pregancy test all would never show I was pregnant, at 3 1/2 months pregnant the doctor did a rabbit test on me which is a blood test and it showed I was pregnant with my son.
I was then 3 1/2 months pregnant when they found out I was pregnant.
I feel like I have the cramps but I have never start.
I have felt like I have had the cramps for over a week also.

I know it extremely rare but i have heard that it can happen.  I know of a lady that had her tubes tied, her husband had gotten snipped as well and she still got pregnant with her 3rd set of twins.  So it does happen just not very often.
