Is it my baby i can feel above my pubic bone?

Ok so this is the first question i have ever posted where im not worried about something which is good! I am 10 weeks gone with my first pregnancy, (second including a miscarriage at 4 weeks) my belly is, well was, completly flat (im size 6) and now right above my pubic bone i can feel a large bump, I am also sure i felt the baby move the other day, i might be imaging things but i would like to think i did feel him/her move as i had a miscarriage last year. Im so happy ive made it this far. Thanks for any comments

For a first time mother it's highly doubtful you would feel movement at 10 weeks. I was in a size 5 before I got pregnant and didn't feel things for almost 20 weeks. (17 weeks was when I did to be exact) Baby is extremely low in the pelvis still, so you're likely feeling something else.

it all depends on the people.. I am very small... size 1... very skinny ... I have only started feeling my baby now at 17 weeks... I may have felt a couple movements before this but not like on regular basis and I could never be sure...  things i felt like i was feeling that was my baby at say 14 weeks feels different than what i feel now....

I only know these are babies now because its a new feeling that is becoming more and more consistent...  though still not all the time...

It is not impossible to feel baby move at 10 weeks - especially at your size.  I am almost 12 weeks and I feel flutters quite often and have for a little over a week.  I'm well aware of what gas bubbles are and these are NOT gas bubbles.

While my doctor said it's usually 14 weeks at the earliest he also said only you know your body.  No one else has your baby inside and can distinguish a fetal movement.  Don't expect to feel kicks or be able to feel it on the outside.

Baby is too tiny and there are layers of fat and tissue; they're still tucked down deep inside. Also the uterus is still under the pubic bone. The bloat you feel above your pubic bone is most likely your intestines migrating north to make room for your growing uterus. I felt a lot of sensations in early pregnancy, including gas and bowel movements which DO feel like early baby movements.

I'm having my fourth daughter later this year and the earliest I felt flutters as a mom of more than one was around 13-14 weeks. Not too much longer and you'll feel them!

it is too early to feel baby move, at this stage it is most likely gas... and the bump could be you uterus remember it is expanding and at this point you should start showing not much but a little... don't be discouraged by what I said about not feeling the baby move... its is completely normal and you should start feeling him/her at about 14 weeks maybe sooner... enjoy your progress! and congrats!!
