It's not that its healthy for the baby but it can help during delivery. Im pregnant with my 2nd (24 weeks) my first is 1. With him, we had sex all the time from the beginning to the day before I had him. My nurse said its what helped my pelvic so it made pushing fast and easy and painless for me.
