LH Surge

My husband and I have recently decided that it is now a good time to become fully comitted to having another baby. Our daughter is 5 and we have been trying for a while now but had alot of outside family stress.  The stress that existed is gone and I have gotten myself a Clear Blue Monitor.  My current cycle started 5 days prior to me expecting it and I am now on day 15. My monitor moved into the second bar on day 10 but has yet to sence a peack serge. I do normally have a 28 days cycle and I have always been under the impression that my most fertile day was on my 10th day. I am kind of cunfused as to why there has been no detection of a LH serge yet. To confirm: a LH serge always comes prior to ovulation?

My husband and I started making love every night since my 10th day. Hopefully if my OPK missed the serge, we did not.  Do we keep going until I start my period? ok. I have a silly question. I know it is possible to not ovulate. Do you still get your period if for what ever reason you do not ovualate?

The LH surge occurs 1-2 days before ovulation, yes. You could've missed the surge (very easy to miss with OPKs) or your cycle is really off this month.
