I lost my 10 week baby.Reports said that there was no cardiac activity and no fetal pole. so they advised for D& C.I got a second opinion where the doc gave me some injections to induce growth but no output at 10th week I started bleeding so it was a failed pregnancy. It was my first baby ,I don't no why me why y baby ,but doc advised us for no relations till 3 months. when can i plan again ?

Doctors say no sex for 4 Weeks. I would wait those four Weeks, then resume if your comfortable and you're no longer bleeding. Wait for your period to come first, before trying for another baby in my opinion.

no heartbeat was there.......between doc told us to avoid relations for one month ,is that true i mean we shud?

the doctor always told us we could start trying when we felt ready and the blood stoped.  did you ever see a heartbeat with your baby

So sorry for you lose hun.. i just list my baby in August at 22+5... She was my 5th pregnancy but 3rd child.. She was my BF 1st child.. i definitely feel your pain though.. feel free to message me any time... its been almost 9 weeks.. just got off my first period since i had her and we are trying again now:) good luck hun:)

Hi my first preg also was a miscariage I was 14 weeks .. At least I did wait the 3 month just to let my body get back to normal , now im almost 36.weeks :) ...

I didn't wait 3 months after i had a d&c. My period came 5 1/2 Weeks after and then i conceived again. And now i have a healthy 3 month old boy. my miscarriage was my first pregnancy too, i know how you feel. If you want to try sooner than 3 months you can, i would just advise waiting til you get your period so you can accurately date the pregnancy. Most doctors say 3 months so you have time to be emotionally ready.   Im sorry for your loss.

I'm so sorry for your loss. My heart aches for you. I believe you can start trying after 3 months as Lon as you've had a normal cycle.
