Maternal Serum Biochemistry

Hi All,
hope you are having a beautiful Christmas day (depending on where you are, you might not have either begun the day! :) )
I wanted to ask about the above issue on the subject title.
Mine came back as:
Free - B-hCG 34.92 IU/I equivalent to 0.462Mom
PAPP-A: 0.604 IU/I equivalent to 0.708MoM

Those two results were the only I have not been able to know whether good or bad.  My adjusted risk results came back fine - Trisomy 21 ---> 1:683 TR ---> 18 1:2173 and TR 13 ---> 1:1034.  NT was 2.7mm but I am not alerted anymore after reading so many posts as to that measurement being considered normal.  I was 12 weeks and 4 days when I took the NT scan.
Can anyone explain the Maternal Serum stuff and how I can translate them?
Thank you ladies and my love and kisses to you and your families on this Christmas day!

basically when they look at blood for d/s and the other two trismonies they are checking to see thow high your free B-hcg and PAPP-A is, if your levels are high that would indicate a problem, as yours are quite  low, they adjust that with your age and nucheal fold reading and it reduces the risk
