It depends on the state that you live... in Arizona Medicaid doesn't cover any vision or dental work for adults unless it is an emergency (like something going to make a person blind or an abscess tooth)... other states cover more.. but it all depends on the state and a persons age.

Carmengee, that depends on the plan. The plan that I am on cover me for a $100 of the eye glasses regardless of age. I am 23 yr old.

What state are you in? I'm from Texas and I called the number on the letter they sent me in the mail. You can either register online or when you call, ask for your Medicaid ID number and transfer you to the insurance portion of Medicaid so you can choose your plan.

I did in online at YourTexasBenefits.com. I chose my plan and doctor online. I was able to compare 4 different plans for myself and chose the one with the best benefits for me. This process took about two months.

It depends on the plan you pick but most do. I have Community Health Choice and it covers all of that.
