Migraine Sufferers?

Hi there I'm 13weeks and this is my first baby :) I have suffered from extreme migraines since puberty, often 3-4 in one month. Usually it's so bad that I'm puking, weak, my temperature fluctuates and I have no appetite. Very fortunately since I've been pregnant, this number has only been one every other month. I'm 13 weeks and only had two migraines! What I'm asking is, though I have never taken any painkillers while pregnant (not even Tylenol) I don't have an appetite during my migraine days, and anything I eat comes back up, could this be damaging to my little one? I really do try to eat but mostly I'm sleeping for 16hrs to get the pain to go away. Is there anything else I should be doing? Thank you!

A good migraine cocktail that is pregnancy safe is 1000mg Tylenol, 50 mg Benadryl, a cup of coffee and a nap.

Tylenol is safe during pregnancy and i also use a cold cloth on the back of my neck. The combination works best if you can lie down and rest. Good luck! Hope this helps :)
