Missed period negative pregnancy tests.

Hi, my last period came oct 29 lasted 5 days.
I have not had a period Since than, I have had period
like symptoms and have felt the leaking sensation
Like when you've started your period for the last
Month. I have been cramping extremely bad as well
And have been really tired and getting sharp cramp like pains in
My stomach and lower back. I've taken multiple pregnancy
Tests and nothing. What could this be?

I've had a irregular period for years with my first pregnancy My period was 5 months late and i thought nothing of it, i ended up being almost 3 months pregnant. But thank you ill have to look into that, I appreciate the answer.

I used to have that problem.  I found out I have pcos which is polycysitic ovarian syndrome.   It causes me to not ovulate, causing me to miss my period.

No need for the rude comment, It was a serious question. Im obviously going to go to the doctors, i dont expect for anyone to know whats wrong with me. i just wanted some insight from another woman, that's it.
