Mucus plug?

My sister is 34+3 (due Aug 7th).. This is her 5th baby, and she has been induced with every one of her kids so far. She never lost her mucus plug, never had her water break on it's own, nothing.. With any of them.

She just got out of the shower and told me she peed before she got in and there was a very large mucus thing on the toilet paper when she wiped. She said it did have blood on it. (When she showed me with her hand about how big it was, she was showing me a size bigger than a quarter).
She then said when she was in the shower and put her hand down there to wash she ended up with a ton more mucus in her hand.
Also, about an hour before this she said she stood up and randomly noticed she was "wet", but when she went to the bathroom she noticed it was very watery mucus running down her legs. She said you could tell it was mucus by the coloring of it.

Does this sound like she lost her mucus plug? Also, could this mean baby may be about to come early? She told me earlier today (before all of this started happening) that she felt like her water was about to break in the middle of Walmart, and that she had so much pressure down there that she literally had to lean over the cart just to walk.

I have no idea what to tell her since I'm on my 1st pregnancy and only 30+3 weeks..

it does sound like her mucus plug, however that's not a definite sign that labor will begin. some women lose it weeks before labor starts, some within days, & some within hours. it's really only a definite sign of cervical change.

We also had our doctor appointments today and she told me she had a gut feeling she should have asked our doctor to check her, but she decided not to ask since she's never gone into labor on her own.
