My Birth Story

I started contractions at 2:30am with my bloody show. They started to get stronger and at 4:00am my water broke. I took a warm shower and hubby helped me get dressed. At 5:30am I was being admitted at the hospital and went 100% natural (Thank God!) No epidural, No pitocin. I'm proud to say that breathing techniques and concentration on my body helped me get through labor without letting out a sound! I was concentrated on sending good thoughts to my baby boy and helping him make the transition as smooth as possible.
At 7:35am my lil'man Joseph Matthew Torres was born, 6.12lb, 20in. :D I'm sooo in love <3

Good luck to all of you ladies who are still pregnant. Best wishes and blessings to all and remember that every girl is different. I may have done it "smoothly" but it hurt! So no judging if you have pain meds or C-Sec. I will always take my hat off to any kind of mom, even the ones that don't necessarily give birth, but raise a child in a good path.
