My heart hurts!! Help!

Im 11 weeks 3 days. Ive been to the ER 3 times for dehydration and the last time i was put in the chest trauma area and hooked up to a heart moniter. My heart rate was in the 180s & its supposed to be 87. The doctor said everytime i vomit it goes up high. Well im still sick & everytime i go vomit my heart races and it feels really tight, lots of pressure & shortness of breath. Its very painful. I have an appt June 5th. Any advice? All i can describe it as it feels like im having a heart attack.

This may sound silly but take a bowl to the couch, a sippy cup or an adult cup that won't leak and has a staw on it full of water or gateraid or flat clear soad. And a pack of soda crackers. Lay on you side with bowl in reach lay super still no sitting up or moving. Sip at your drink slowly (little sit every few mins) if you get I'll use the bowl don't get up and move as little as possible. When you get the whole drink onto you keep laying and let it all settle if possible get someone to refill you when needed and keep sipping as often as comfortable and if you find you get a little hungry nibble the crackers so big bites. If you are super still it should keep the neausea at bay. I have a feeling once you get rehydrated you will feel loads better and it will calm your heart down. Remember when you do have to get up to pee to sit slowly and try to give yourself 30-60 mins after finishing your drink so it absorbs and doesn't get thrown IP when you get up

Thanks ladies! I can keep small sips down but other than that everything makes me nauseas including walking even to the bathroom. I was sick like this with my son but never made 3 trips to er or had these heart pains. :/ And im terrified of vomiting because of the chest pains. Ive been in bed for an hour and my chest still feels tight. Feels like someone is sitting on my chest preventing me from breathing right. Ugh it hurts!!

I go through the same thing all I do is drink water and if you vomit once you finish put your arms over your head breath through your mouth not your nose. And slow and steady breaths. Do cry or get scared it makes it worst. When I feel like my chest is getting tight I get in the cold shower or I eat sweets Lol. Oh if you plan on having a natural birth I would highly suggest you to take parent classes for breathing and try to control it now so when your in labor you have control on your heart rate. :-). But other than that congratulations :-)

If you are dehydrated and are lacking certain electrolytes such as potassium you can have unusual cardiac rhythms... Are you able to keep Gatorade down? Even just small sips every now and then?
