I am trying to adapt and make this feeling part of my life although it's awful.
Hopefuly it will get better, try Zofran I heard it's a good medication.

I was the same way during my entire first trimester. This is my first pregnancy and I took all the advice people would give. sometimes it would help but sometimes there was nothing on heaven or earth that would give me some relief. If my next pregnancy goes the same way Im going to get a prescription for it from my doctor. I had wanted to pull through it without medication and I did but next time I think I might opt for an easier route. Its up to you though. If nothing else drink even more water than you probably already are and good luck. I hope you feel better soon : (

Preggie pops, suckers, anything like that might help. I got a script for zofran this time around. I took it from week 7 to 11 and it was a godsend! The nausea would go away for about 3 or 4 hours at a time.

I hope you feel better.

Hi!  I have been feeling the same way...nausea from the moment I wake up until I go to sleep! So today at work my friend passed by to see me and I told her how I've been feeling. I have a 6yr old son and when I was preganant with him it wasn't as bad. So she told me about these lolli pop's that they sell at Motherhood ( the store). I went immediately to the store to buy them and to my surprise they work. They were made by a physiscian and there all natural. They dont taste bad or anything. they are called Preggie Pops. Try them! they are my life saver cause I was feeling horrible. Hope u try them and feel better!

I hear ya girl.  I anm on pregnancy #6 and get this way everytime too.  Why do we keep doing it I wonder??  LOL!

Anyway, you may want to ask for some medication from your doc.  It may help you.  It may not.  To be honest with you, it only helped me to keep some things down and it was only when I got to a certain point in my pregnancy too.  It didn't help me at all at first.  I did have to be hospitalized in January for 3 days because I couldn't keep anything down.  I would actually get up in the middle of the night to throw up.

You have probably already heard all of this before, but try small frequent meals.  Your stomach shouldn't be full but it shouldn't be empty either.  Whatever you do, DO NOT eat anything greasy or fatty.  They also say that proteins help, but to be honest, not much helped me.  Dairy is a no no right now too.  I would do lots of soups, popsicles, decaf tea, bread.  I know I am forgetting things here.  Oh, and my doc told me to stop taking my vitamins for a while.  I still haven't had the guts to start taking them again and I have been feeling better for a couple of weeks now.  They do have suckers at Baby's R Us that you can get made w/ Ginger that may help.  Jolly Ranchers would help me a little bit believe it or not.  Ginger teas are good and Ginger capsules may help also, but ask you doctor about the dosage on that.  Peppermint ice cream is good and helps to sooth the tummy as well.  If I can remember anything else, I will post again.  For me though, the main thing, was time.  I just had to get into my 2nd trimester a little bit and I finally began to feel some relief.  But not until I was about 14 weeks or so.  I am now 16w1d.

If you look at the right side bar almost at the very bottom, you will see Morning Sickness Remedies.  You may want to take a look.

When are you taking your prenatal vitamins? When I take those anytime during the morning/day it makes me SICK, but I take them at night, and if I am feeling sick from it, I sleep right through it, so it helped with my nausea a lot. Also eating small meals throughout the day (5-6) instead of larger meals, for some reason pregnant women can't hold down lots of food haha. If you're doing both of these things already I'd ask your OB, they can give you suckers that will help stop the nausea, or medicine if it's bad enough. If you go too long with morning sickness/day sickness it can cause a slow weight gain or dehydration so I'd definitely get it taken care of! :]
