Nicu

I just have a couple questions for the moms that had their baby early and they needed to stay in the nicu. How early did you have him? And how long did he/she have to stay at the hospital? Also, how long did they keep you there? The normal two days? Or four days because of a c-section? Longer? I would appreciate any and all advice!

With my first pregnancy my son was born at 35weeks at 4lbs 7oz. He stayed 6days in the nicu then got to come home. I had an emergency c section due to preeclampsia and i had to stay in the hospital for 5days. They couldn't get my bp stabilized. So i came home a day before my son.

I was in the nicu with my baby for 3 months I had her at 25 weeks (6 months). As far as how long you'll be there depends on the baby or if there are any complications.

I didn't have my son early but rather late, I was 42w6d if I deliverd him 45 mins later I would have been 43w eek! But he was NICU for 48hours cause he had mecoinum asperation. I had an emergency c-section with him & was in the hospital for the full 4 days. But with my second c-section I was out a day & a half later. Jolgonz, I'm so sorry for your loss and glad your other child & all your ladies children are okay!!
