my first son i got bad leg cramps when i would stretch. i had them a little while after he was born and am afraid i will get them again with this one.. when i stretch my legs like its almost like my bones are pinching my nerves and muscle and and i cant move my leg or my feet i have to massage it out or have some one massage it out..
Tums work for me... the calcium is good for you toi. My doctor said the calciums is also goid for leg cramps.. im 34 weeks and scared to streach qt night... has anyone got those yet???
my doctor gave me a list of things i can and can not take and pepto was on the list of what i can take..
try Tums, they work wonders for me & kick in ASAP! yeah my doctor told me to stay away from Pepto because it's high in salt or something like that, while Tums has vitamins in it.
I had heartburn real bad too. I tried tums but they didn't work. My doc to me to take mylanta 4 times a day (at breakfast, lunch, supper, and just before going to bed) for a week. He said if taken faithfully like that it should be gone. I thought he was crazy but it did work. Now I just have some occassional heartburn. Also try sleeping propped up some. It did help but I'm actually more comfortable sleeping like that
I'd ask your dr about Pepto.... I don't think its approved for whatever reason.
Yea every pregnancy is different. Good luck i hope you find relief some way
