Not getting enough sleep

I average about 2-4 hours of sleep a night, I'm not sure what to do to get more sleep since I can't take my prescription sleep meds right now. What are some ways you ladies get to sleep? Everyone keeps telling me warm milk.....but I'm lactose intolerant and warm soy milk doesn't have the same effect. Need suggestions don't see my dr for 2 weeks

Try taking a warm bath and relax and light a candle. Or try listening to relaxing music to help, try doing a little bit of exercise. .. those are the only things I can think of.

It's never worked for me :/ my dr had my try it before she prescribed me trazadone, along with several over the counter sleep meds. They either don't help or I sleep all night and day and wake up feeling drugged
