MOM23ANGELS25F - I take Stewart prenatal vitamins from Walmart/Walgreens, inexpensive, and my OB actually was proud of me for picking them out myself.  He said to keep on taking them after m/c - and I love them, they don't make me sick and I feel that even though I'm not pg anymore it's good to take them because they are chock full of stuff I need as a woman anyways.

Yes, they're definitely safe! Prenatal vitamins are actually very good for you, since they have all the daily vitamins you need in addition to extra folic acid, which is important for the baby! If you're not currently taking prenatal vitamins, I think you should start right away :-) Good luck to you!

Any pretnatal vitamin is good.. As long as it has Folic Acid in it..... That is the most important part of a prenatal vitamin.. I bought mine at WalMart until I went to the Dr. and she prescribed me some...... It's safe to take. It will make your baby healthy, and keep you strong! :-)
