NuvaRing birth control?

What are your opinions/experiences on NuvaRing? I'm really skeptical because idk all the side effects but I know it would be best to get some form of birth control.

Mine wouldn't stay in. Second worst bc besides the depo shot

Well to be honest the nuva ring started off good for me...then all of a sudden I kept getting yeast infections (tmi) ...it was horrible...it was like the infections would never clear up

I used it for about 3yrs after i had my daughter, it was ok for me since i couldnt remember to take a pill everyday the only side effect i had was weight gain I went from a size 7 to a 13. I stopped taking it after I got married and my period only came once every 2 months for a yr which sucked since we were trying to start our family. Good thing is that the weight came back off though

I was on it for about a year and it would stay in place for a week and a half then it would slip out.  Most awkward feeling lol.   But I know it's worked awesome for some. Not so awesome for others.  It's something to discuss with ur dr and possibly try it.

I used the Nuva Ring for 2years and it was great...much better than a pill bc it's in for 3weeks and out for your.period...if it is uncomfortable for your partner during sex you can remove it for an hr or so and there is no change in hormones as long as you put it back in...i was thinking of getting the Mirena after.my baby! Just ao i don't have to think abiut bc for a while!

I tried it and found out I'm allergic to it. Lol. My hooha was swollen and itchy and it kept trying to come out. I seriously thought my hubby had given me something. Lol. But no, I'm just allergic.

i was on nuva ring for a year and i liked it bc i could not feel it neither could my husband however me and my brothers gf were both on it the same time and had the same problem, reoccurring ovarian cyst. i had never had a cyst on my ovary until on the nuva ring and since taking it out about a year ago ive not had one since either.

And they said u r not so post to feel it but my husband said he could feel it.
