OT 6 MONTH OLD STADING UP ALREADY???

I know this is the pregnancy forum but I love te ladies support and advice here!
My son just turned 6 months on the 11th and he's crawling like crazy and has been attempting to pull himself up on things. He actually completed this earlier while grabbing onto my pants:-)  is it possible he will be walking within the next 2 or 3 months if he's already pulling himself up to stand????

Its just weird :-)  he's so....small lol he's been doing g it all morning. And me being me have been teasing him with apple slices to get him to walk across the couch holding on. Fingers crossed he's walking in two months!

And once he is walking and all over the places I'm going to be annoyed  that he's into everything! Thanks ladies!

My daughter stood at 7 months and would walk with assistance at 8 months. But, she wasn't confident enough to let go and walk unassisted until 12 months. She's now 13 months and running everywhere! It just depends on when baby is ready to let go. :)

My son started walking at 9 months as well.   Some children learn early some dont everyone is different.  Awesome if he does though.

He definitely could. Kylie had started to pull herself up to her feet before she was even crawling. I was SO sure that she would completely skip crawling, but she didn't and started to at 7.5 months - she was walking at 11 months.

I just saw a little boy who couldn't have been older than 8 months toddling up the road next to his dad.  I had to giggle because that adorable little boy was just so tiny to be walking it looked funny!

Your son could take off running soon, or he could take his time.  He has the strength, but sometimes the balance is more difficult.

Yup! My sister's second started crawling before 5 months and walking about a week before he turned 8 months! But, my daughter started standing and cruising before she really mastered crawling, but didn't walk unsupported until close to 12.
