OT again, but oh man
What a morning I have had so far. I went to the nursing agency to pick up my name tag and I spoke with the general manager further about my asking to have a recuriter job within the staffing agency and she said she will be meeting the guy that will make the final decision and is taking my file along and she said she will try to get me the job...and will let me know further when they made a desicion.
I did have a interview this morning as well with a very nice rehab place and I just got home! The interview went well, had another interview with the nurse manager as well and toured the facility. Had many conversations with nurses and cna's and it went very well. I'm very excited and hope that I got the job. She did say something that made my ears perk up a bit and not sure what I should make of it - she told me before saying our goodbyes that she will do the reference check today and get in contact with HR to start my background check and see how fast we can get me started. Is that like an unofficial job offer??!?!? Lord I hope so!

Oh goodness I hope so. This is a great opportunity too - it's a monday-friday nursing positon which is unheard of no weekends (but can if I want overtime), because of that I could still work as an agency nurse for the agency on some weekends. I so hope that I hear something by the end of the day or tomorrow morning, I need to start work soon!!!
it sounds to me like it is...like if everything goes well with the reference and background checks that you are a definate candidate.
