Pink discharge

Hi girls i am 31 weeks pregnant and i have just gone to toilet and noticed pink discharge?  is this normal?

as i am only 31 weeks i thought it was to early to loose that, i will go google it now..

I also had this light pink discharge but only when i wiped and it went away after 12 hours.  I talked to my dr about this when it happened again.  He told me that as long as it wasn't bright red or alot and you could still feel the baby moving you should be fine. It wouldn't hurt though to talk to your dr about it.  It can also happen after having sex.  My light pink discharged happened when I was around 24 weeks and again at around 27 weeks.  I am now 34w3d prego with no other problems.  But please talk to your dr about.

p.s. if you google labor signs and symptoms you can get a ton of info on the mucus plug and bloody show. If its a light pink like its barely there then thats probably what it is, if its a dark red like your cycle and your having cramps id suggest calling your OB.

Yup, sounds like your bloody show which can happen soon before labor. My plug was always slimy and never noticed losing it, but always noticed the bloody show a few hours and 2 days before labor.

If you start having contractions, just make sure to time then and call your OB.

how do you know its your mucus plug, and do i need t do anything.. sorry this is my first time... not sure really what i am doing

it could be your mucus plug. you can lose that weeks before you go into labour.
