Positive Blood Test, Negative Urine Test

I found out I'm pregnant Jan 13, prior to finding out I had taken several urine test all by First Response, all 7 were negative, in the Dr.'s office the urine test was negative as well, so i had a blood test taken which came back positive, now 3 days later urine test are still showing negative my LMP was Dec 15 it lasted about 7 days and using due date calculators they say im 4 weeks is this normal?

Yes, it can happen. Oftentimes women will not test with first morning urine and will instead do it at night or in the afternoon when their urine is diluted from fluid intake. For some other women the hCG does not metabolise in the urine and they just do not show positive - it's also possible to be a combination of things. If you tested before your period was due and used diluted urine, it's understandable the tests would be negative. First Response is currently the most sensitive test on the market, with an average of reading 20 mIU - there are however some that have read hCG as low as 7.5 mIU.

Dpo not 11 do and 12-15 do...days past ovulation

Very normal. Hcg is found in the blood first at around 11 do and in urine at 12-15 do. Check the sensitivity of the test. First respome usually has the sensitivity of 50 mIU/ml. You just eed a more sensitive test. Blood work is obviously more accurate than urime so no worries and Congrats!
