Possible sign of early labor

Well I am 35 weeks and 2 days. For the past 2 weeks I have had extreme pain in my back. To the point I am only getting around 2 hours of sleep a night. It hurts to stand, sit, lay down, anything. Well I have mentioned this to my doctor several times and was told there was nothing that could be done, just take up to 4000 mg of tylenol in a 24 hr period for discomfort.... Anyway starting today I am havung alot if pressure in my vag. I don't feel like I am having any contractions but I have felt like I needed to have a bm all day and when I sit on the toilet and push I get a really sharp painful cramp in my vag. Could this be a sign of early labor? Oh and also since yesterday I have had a wierd discharge, its clear but kind of sticky. I have never had discharge like this before... I am so uncomfortable, please help!

Sound like preterm labor. with my 1st and 2nd i went into labor early. the discharge may be that your mucus plug came out. if You are worried i would head to the hospital. tell them what your experiencing and ask them to check your cervix for dialation. good luck i kniw what your going through and it is streessful and exhausting !
