Preg spotting and two sacs

Im pregnant and spotting- they found two sacs no fetal pole. I calcualted that I was 7 weeks but could I be wrong?  I know they go off the Last period date but I was negative on a test then positive a week or two later.  I thinking I am obsessing, My hcG was 4600 friday and I got more blood taken today- is this abnormal with two sacs? Could I have just been off and then this is normal?

I found the hosp staff to just jump straight to worse case scenario - i was even told by 1 junior doc i had had a missed miscarriage!

A short time will tell seeing the sac's is a gd sign everything is norm for ur stage...

All the best xx

Thank you so much.  I wonder too if a Nurse Practioner is more dramatic?

I did have a little blood at the start which I was told was implantation bleeding and totally normal.

I had to get a scan due to suspected tubal pregnancy as I had pains on 1 side - this turned out to be nothing more than trapped wind and constipation.  Nothin a little lactulose didnt sort out lol

Really was worry for nuthin, at ur stage u wldnt expect to see the little bub or bubs just yet.  It is amazing what a diff 2 weeks makes to a growing baby!

Thank you so much- it has made me sigh with relief.  Did you have spotting with your baby girl?

Hi There
I also had an early scan done approx 6weeks and only sac was seen, so they did my hcg levels 3 times and they did increase normally.  I had a scan two weeks later and wee saw a little blob thats our baby girl (due in 12days)

Try not to worry I think this is so common - early scans really dont do any good just cause mum n dad to worry for nuthin.

I also tested neg for around a week before getting a positive test  - every1's levels rise differently and at diff speeds

: )
