Pregnancy After Hysterectomy

Is it possible to have an ectopic pregnancy after having your tubes tied and a partial hysterectomy with only you uterus being removed?

Not only that, but you've also had a ligation. Overall, you have very little chance.

You had a partial hysterectomy, meaning you still have your ovaries and wont necessarily go into early menopause, although it does increase the risk. Your ovaries are the organs producing the hormones, not the uterus. I would have to say it would be extremely unlikely, most likely impossible for both your eggs to make it through your tubes AND sperm making the journey to find an egg without the guidance of your uterus. A one in a million chance if that.

Not that i have heard.  a hysterectomy causes early menopause which could give u pregnancy symptoms.
