It is possible that you maybe pregnant. I would try taking a test using your first morning urine as that has more of the pregnancy hormones in it. If its still negative then wait a week to retest or go to your doctor and request a blood test.

Hi there....I did a pregnancy test a day or two after my period was missed came up negative....had lots of symptoms and suspected I was so took another test about 10 days after missing my period and it was possitive  :-)
I am now 12 weeks pregnant.....I'd give it a week and buy another test.....hope everything works out for you ;-)

You can take a test from the day of your missed period sweet. It's possible depending on when you conceived that it could come out negative, but if you've still not had your period, either take another a week later or pop to the doctors for a blood test. Hope it works out how you'd like it to. :) good luck. X
