I'm 38 weeks has anyone used it before is it a pill or a cream.??

If you're talking about evening primrose oil, they come in gel capsules and you can take them orally or insert them vaginally. They supposedly help with effacement (making your cervix soft) and can prevent tearing during labor. I've been taking 2 capsules orally a day since 36 weeks.
