Pulled muscle
So, last night I think I pulled a muscle on my right side, I can barley move! Has anybody else had this happen during pregnancy, I went to the doctor and everything is fine. I just have never been in this much pain. Any remedies to do to help with the pain??
I feel like I pulled it kind of by my back idk. It's just super painful . But thanks! Ill try that
Tty taking a warm bath muscles are ao easy to pull during pregnancy :/ I pulled on under my Ararmn toward my back and it hurtt to breathe !
