You should tell your doctor and see what he/she says.
P.S. Maybe it just means you are going to have a calm baby. :)

I wouldn't worry :)  Feeling the baby depends on a few things
1. Is it your first?  If it is your first, it could take a few more weeks for you to feel.
2. Where is the baby positioned?
3. Where is the placenta positioned?
4. Are you over weight?
5. Are you tall or petite?

I know that those are some of the possibe reasons as to why you haven't felt your little one move.

This is my first baby, and I just started to feel actual kicks, jabs, pokes, whatever... during my 19th week.  BUT, I have a friend who didn't feel her first one until 26 weeks.  She is 5'9 and her torso is longer than mine... I am 5'0 tall so things are a little squished in there :)  Maybe that is the reason for feeling my baby move so much sooner than her.  But, don't worry... when it does happen, you will get soo excited! :)  Hope you feel her soon!!!
