Rash on chest

I'm about five weeks and noticing big areas of little red bumps... looks like a rash that came out of no where. Anyone have this or know what it could be?

I get that on my forearms, and.my inner upper arms. Sides of.my thighs sometimes as well. Been very dry this pregnancy.  Lotion multiple times a day. Doesn't make it go away but less itchy and irritating.  Known for woman to break out in hives during pregnancy.  I'm assuming that's what it is. Its getting better as pregnancy continues. I'm 36 weeks. You can sew the red bumps but hardly feel them anymore

Also the whole way up my arms!
