Yes, crab and shrimp are fine, they just have to be cooked and you don't want to eat a lot of it. It's just high mercury species and raw seafood that you have to avoid. There are lists on-line ...try looking up the lists.
yes they are safe just dont eat to much of them!!!
i was always told seafood should be avoided , i didnt eat it when i was pregnant with my son (im a vegan) you could put in a call to your doc and ask :)
