Short of breath / low in iron!

Hi everyone!  I'm 8 weeks pregnant and wondering about a few symptoms I've been having. First of all let me state that I also have anxiety and panic disorder!  So along with the severe nausea and casual vomiting, the past couple days I've had shortness of breath which gets to be pretty annoying! Anything can make it worse, talking, walking, getting out of bed, ect. I also have pretty low iron levels and will be starting my iron supplement today. I notice once in a while I get slightly blue fingernails, but it comes and goes, which is common in anemia.
With my anxiety every symptom I have is intensified which really *****! I'm going to call my doctor tomorrow, and I have my first ultrasound Tuesday! I also suspect that it may be twins as they run in the family (both sides) and because I have extreme symptoms. Has anyone else experienced what I have been experiencing in their first trimester?

I'm 7w4d and my symptoms are super strong. I had my first ultrasound and there's only one bebe in there. The doctor told me strong, sometimes overwhelming symptoms can mean it's a very viable and healthy pregnancy. I also have severe nausea and vomiting along with bloating and shortness of breath. Headaches are common early on as well. Good luck momma!!
