Sounds like contractions to me. Id time them and track their intensity. But its also very commom to get cramps after a pelvic exam so it could go away id stay moving for awhile to try to keep them coming.

They say its a good time to go in if you cant talk or walk through a contraction.

Do they come like a pain that increases then fades away then comes back feeling the same or worse? If so you may be contracting. I found its best to download a contraction timer. Contractions are actually timed from the time the first one starts until the time the next one starts. Its weird but thats how its timed so a contraction timer is a life saver it makes it so much easier. If its your first baby they say when theyre 5-7 minutes apart if its your 2nd+ then 3-5 minutes. But id say 3-5 is best you dont want to he in the hospital to long unless you live really far from the hospital. With my last baby as soon as they started they were 2-3 mins apart lasting anywhere fr 30-45 seconds. I labored at home for 5 hours until i knew it was time to go get checked.
