So worried

So i am 5+1 and so nervous of having another miscarriage. i had one in april at 7 weeks. and with that one i kinda knew right from the beginning that something was wrong. now that seems to be overshadowing everything in this pregnancy. i havent had any cramping until yesterday and when they started it seemed like my breasts stopped hurting as much. no bleeding but possibly some incredibaly faint brown spotting not even sure if thats what it was. when i woke this morning my breasts were again sore but within an hour or so that mostly went away and the cramps are back. nothing serious just slight menstral like cramps. arg!!! How am i going to make it through without driving myself crazy???

It does happen, but two miscarriages in a row aren't that likely. I think everything will be fine. Cramping is normal and some people do spot. As long as your not in pain you should be okay. I miscarried my first pregnancy, and my second one has been completely easy and hes all healthy. Im now 30 weeks. Try not to stress about it! Im sure your baby is just fine.

Menstrual like cramps are completely normal in early pregnancy, it means baby is growing and your uterus is stretching to fit! Unless it's painful enough to disrupt your day, or if you're bleeding with it, then stress. Also, my breast tenderness went away slowly but surely at the end of week 5, it's just your body is adjusting to the hormones and not causing them to be painful anymore, don't stress, I'm sure you're fine!!
