*Sorry, I meant there's no reason to ASSUME you can't have kids just because you might have endometriosis. It can be an issue in severe cases but often has no net effect on your ability to conceive.
There is no reason you cannot have children with endometriosis -- my aunt has it and she delivered three perfectly healthy kids.
Since you're TTC, you could easily be pregnant with hormones too low (or, ironically, too HIGH) to read on a pregnancy test, depending on when you took it. Some women will require blood work to tell this early on. If you are two weeks late, you'd be roughly six weeks pregnant, so now's a good time to schedule a doctor's appointment if you want to make sure in the next couple weeks.
Keep in mind that when you're TTC, everything feels like you're prego, and you can give yourself symptoms, including a delayed period, if you're stressing too hard. It may just be stress and a false alarm. Another possible culprit is an anovulatory cycle -- you can just not ovulate one month and skip to the next one, which means no period.
Please let me know what u find out

Thank you for responding, we have been trying to conceive and I have been in and out of the hospital for pain the past month. They think I might have endometriosis so if I can have a baby that would be amazing. But I just can't figure out the weird stretch marks on my breast. And my periods are like clock work.
My friend had the same problem but she wasnt pregnant, she had regular periods but then she started to get the same problems as you and she didnt get her period like in 2 months, then in the 3rd month her period came,, so it turns out she went to a regular period to irregular period.
