St. John wort and pregnancy
I've taken at John wort for my aniexty and it worked very well but I found out I was pregnant and stopped. But my aniexty has come back can I take just 300 ml of it a day? Will it cause birth defects or miscarrage? I'm 6 weeks?
I talked to my doctor. She said dont take it because there aren't many studies on it while being pregnant. She never said it wasn't safe she just said there aren't enought studies
