I didnt know your not supposed to get deli meat. I eat maybe once a week though.

Its listeria that can cause harm and is found mostly in deli meat ham n turkey. My obgyn told me to stay away from it while pregnant. So i do. I don't need deli meat that bad.

Whuat!?! I eat subs ALL the time at school thats the only thing i can manage down at school(school food is gross to me) and if i dont get tht i wait til i go home which is an hour later of my lunch time

I asked my doctor he said it fine and I could have tuna soo today i had nice tuna melt from subway

My dr said I could eat deli meat and if u were going to worry about it that toasting it wouldn't be enough anyway.. it has to be really hot. I am on #5 and have eaten subway for all of them and been fine.

I've ate soo many subs without having them toasted and I'm fine, don't worry too much about it its just a precaution.

My doctor and anyone else I know have never been told that we can't way subway while pregnant. I eat it all the time NOT toasted. It's delicious!

Ahhh! I eat alot of deli meat :(. Did not know this. Why don't the doctors tell people about these things!

I eat a Turkey sub from subway atleast 4-5 times a week. I'm fine :)

I've just read to stay away from deli meat and stuff so if they toast it it should be fine. I eat there ALL the time, I love it :)

No just make sure u get it toasted . You can't eat cold meat
